Becky is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and a leading authority in hormone optimization and functional medicine in the Magic Valley. Her career in healthcare began in 2002 after earning her nursing degree and joining the team at Primary Children’s Hospital, a prestigious Level 1 trauma center in Salt Lake City. There, she gained valuable experience in high-acuity pediatric care—laying the groundwork for her precision and attention to detail as a provider.

Over the years, Becky expanded her clinical experience through roles in urgent care, perioperative care, and complex case management. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing and worked as a full-scope Primary Care Provider in family medicine, managing chronic disease with a standard medical approach. But she quickly realized many patients continued to struggle with fatigue, weight gain, depression, and hormone imbalances—despite being “in range” on lab work.

This inspired her to shift her focus to functional medicine and hormone replacement therapy. Since 2020, Becky has dedicated herself to helping men and women address root causes and improve their quality of life through personalized hormone therapy, weight loss solutions, and lifestyle optimization. She is a certified BHRT provider and also a patient herself, which gives her a unique understanding of the therapies she prescribes. Her passion for helping others feel better is matched only by her clinical expertise.

Eric Fast, APRN, FNP-C

Eric is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a comprehensive background in acute care, family medicine, and cosmetic surgery. He began his medical career in 2009 as a registered nurse, working in long-term acute care, wound care, urgent care, and the emergency department. After earning his Master of Science in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner certification, he spent over six years as a Primary Care Provider in Lewiston, Idaho, where he managed chronic and acute health conditions across all age groups.

What sets Eric apart is his extensive training in cosmetic surgery and medical aesthetics. During his graduate clinical rotations, he completed specialized training in plastic and reconstructive surgery—including assisting in procedures like tummy tucks, facelifts, and breast augmentation. This hands-on surgical training, combined with advanced education in anatomy and aesthetics, led Eric to pursue additional certification in liposuction and body contouring. Today, he leads the Body Contouring and Liposuction department at All About You, delivering safe, precise, and artful results that restore confidence.

Eric also heads our comprehensive medical weight loss program, which boasts an 80% success rate in helping patients meet their goals. He specializes in teaching the science of metabolism, reversing insulin resistance, and restoring metabolic health—not just prescribing quick fixes. His style of care is proactive, evidence-based, and deeply personal.

She began her nursing career in 2013 and has worked in high-acuity departments like the Cardiac Catheterization Lab at St. Luke’s Magic Valley. Her work in critical care settings gave her strong technical skills and a deep understanding of anatomy and patient safety.

Kylee’s passion for aesthetics led her to pursue advanced injector training and clinical certifications in neurotoxins and dermal fillers. She quickly gained recognition for her gentle technique and natural-looking results. Patients often comment that her injections are the best they’ve ever had—and once they see her, they rarely go anywhere else. Her calm, reassuring presence and thorough explanations help patients feel confident and informed every step of the way.

She assists with hormone pellet therapy procedures, supports our surgical team during liposuction and body contouring treatments, and leads our Empower RF services focused on women’s intimate health and pelvic floor wellness. As a certified phlebotomist with four years of experience specializing in hormone lab draws, Gabbi plays an important role in helping patients feel informed, supported, and confident during the diagnostic and treatment process. Lindsey Guest has been caring for patients since 2006 and brings nearly two decades of medical experience to All About You Hormones and Wellness in Twin Falls. Before joining our clinic, she spent more than twenty years working in a local urgent care setting, where she earned a strong reputation for her compassion, clinical skill, and ability to make patients feel comfortable and understood. Lindsey continues to work a few days a month in urgent care, keeping her knowledge sharp and maintaining real-time experience alongside some of the best medical professionals in Twin Falls, Idaho.



As an essential member of our phlebotomy team, Lindsey guides patients through lab work with confidence and care. She also supports the daily flow of hormone replacement therapy, medical weight-loss programs, and aesthetic services, helping ensure that each patient receives personalized, high-quality care. Her friendly and conversational nature helps even the most nervous patients feel at ease.
