Becky Horne, APRN, FNP-C

Co-Founder | Family Nurse Practitioner | Hormone Optimization Expert

Becky is a nationally certified Family Nurse Practitioner and a leading authority in hormone optimization and functional medicine in the Magic Valley. Her career in healthcare began in 2000 after earning her nursing degree and joining the team at Primary Children’s Hospital, a prestigious Level 1 trauma center in Salt Lake City. There, she gained valuable experience in high-acuity pediatric care—laying the groundwork for her precision and attention to detail as a provider.

Over the years, Becky expanded her clinical experience through roles in urgent care, perioperative care, and complex case management. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing and worked as a full-scope Primary Care Provider in family medicine, managing chronic disease with a standard medical approach. But she quickly realized many patients continued to struggle with fatigue, weight gain, depression, and hormone imbalances—despite being “in range” on lab work.

This inspired her to shift her focus to functional medicine and hormone replacement therapy. Since 2020, Becky has dedicated herself to helping men and women address root causes and improve their quality of life through personalized hormone therapy, weight loss solutions, and lifestyle optimization. She is a certified BHRT provider and also a patient herself, which gives her a unique understanding of the therapies she prescribes. Her passion for helping others feel better is matched only by her clinical expertise.

Becky is known for her warm demeanor, deep knowledge of endocrine health, and commitment to ongoing education in the latest medical advancements. Many physicians and providers in the region refer their patients to Becky for hormone therapy because of her thorough, science-based approach and proven results.

Eric Fast, APRN, FNP-C

Co-Founder | Family Nurse Practitioner | Cosmetic Contouring & Weight Loss Specialist

Eric is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a comprehensive background in acute care, family medicine, and cosmetic surgery. He began his medical career in 2009 as a registered nurse, working in long-term acute care, wound care, urgent care, and the emergency department. After earning his Master of Science in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner certification, he spent over six years as a Primary Care Provider in Lewiston, Idaho, where he managed chronic and acute health conditions across all age groups.

What sets Eric apart is his extensive training in cosmetic surgery and medical aesthetics. During his graduate clinical rotations, he completed specialized training in plastic and reconstructive surgery—including assisting in procedures like tummy tucks, facelifts, and breast augmentation. This hands-on surgical training, combined with advanced education in anatomy and aesthetics, led Eric to pursue additional certification in liposuction and body contouring. Today, he leads the Body Contouring and Liposuction department at All About You, delivering safe, precise, and artful results that restore confidence.

Eric also heads our comprehensive medical weight loss program, which boasts an 80% success rate in helping patients meet their goals. He specializes in teaching the science of metabolism, reversing insulin resistance, and restoring metabolic health—not just prescribing quick fixes. His style of care is proactive, evidence-based, and deeply personal.

As a certified hormone therapy provider and patient, himself, Eric brings authenticity and relatability to his care. He is known for taking time to truly listen, educate, and support his patients through transformative changes. Shaylene or (Shay) has been in the medical field since 2008 and is affectionately known as the “go-to” for blood draws and patient prep at All About You Hormones and Wellness. With over 15 years of experience in medical offices and clinical settings, Shay combines technical skill with a warm, approachable style that instantly puts patients at ease.

Whether she’s assisting with hormone pellet procedures, drawing labs, or walking a nervous first-timer through their first appointment, Shay is a calm and steady presence in the clinic. Her gentle touch and attention to detail ensure a positive experience for every patient—especially those who may be anxious about needles or lab work.

In addition to her clinical role, Shay supports patients through their wellness journey by helping them stay on track with their treatment plans and making sure they feel seen, heard, and cared for. She’s also famous around the clinic for her stunning cake creations—on weekends, she runs a custom cake business that’s just as precise and beautiful as her work in the clinic.

Aimee Jenson

Front Desk Coordinator | ZO Skin Health Expert | Patient Concierge

Aimee is the friendly, energetic face you see when you walk through the door at All About You Hormones and Wellness. She’s more than just a receptionist—she’s the glue that holds the day together. As our front desk coordinator, Aimee handles appointment scheduling, skincare recommendations, and helps patients navigate the practice with ease.

Aimee has an in-depth knowledge of our service offerings and frequently guides patients toward the right provider for their specific needs—whether that’s hormone optimization, aesthetics, or feminine wellness. She’s also well-versed in our ZO Skin Health and nutraceutical product lines, helping patients build skincare and supplement routines that complement their treatment plans.

Known for her petite frame and giant heart, Aimee brings joy, organization, and genuine care to every patient interaction. She knows our schedules inside and out, and she’s often the first person to jump in and help—whether you’re checking in for your appointment or trying to remember which aesthetic service is right for you. She’s a vital part of the team and a favorite among staff and patients alike.

Kylee Aardema, BSN, RN

Aesthetic Nurse Injector | Hormone Therapy Specialist | Surgical Assistant

Kylee is a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and over a decade of experience in clinical care and aesthetics. She began her nursing career in 2013 and has worked in high-acuity departments like the Cardiac Catheterization Lab at St. Luke’s Magic Valley. Her work in critical care settings gave her strong technical skills and a deep understanding of anatomy and patient safety.

Kylee’s passion for aesthetics led her to pursue advanced injector training and clinical certifications in neurotoxins and dermal fillers. She quickly gained recognition for her gentle technique and natural-looking results. Patients often comment that her injections are the best they’ve ever had—and once they see her, they rarely go anywhere else. Her calm, reassuring presence and thorough explanations help patients feel confident and informed every step of the way.

At All About You Hormones and Wellness, Kylee wears multiple hats. She assists with hormone pellet therapy procedures, supports our surgical team during liposuction and body contouring treatments, and leads our Empower RF services focused on women’s intimate health and pelvic floor wellness. Her ability to educate and connect with patients about sensitive health topics is part of what makes her such an asset to the team.

Heidi Thomas, CMA

Advanced Laser Specialist | Master Injector | Surgical Assistant

Heidi brings over a decade of advanced medical aesthetics and clinical experience to her role at All About You Hormones and Wellness. Working alongside one of Idaho’s top plastic surgeons, starting in 2010, where she developed deep expertise in surgical procedures, pre- and post-op care, and advanced laser technologies. Her background in cosmetic surgery and medical aesthetics sets her apart as a true specialist in the field.

At All About You, Heidi is known for her mastery of the Morpheus8 platform and InMode Empower RF technologies, offering cutting-edge treatments for skin resurfacing, laser hair removal, vaginal rejuvenation, pelvic floor strengthening, and bladder control. She is one of the region’s most experienced providers for women’s intimate wellness and is trusted by patients to deliver safe, discreet, and effective care.

Heidi is also a skilled cosmetic injector, offering customized treatment plans with Botox, Dysport, and Restylane fillers. As she completes her Medical Assistant licensure, Sami plays a key role in patient care—especially in the aesthetics department, where she specializes in laser hair removal, IPL photofacials, and skin rejuvenation treatments.

Sami is passionate about helping patients feel confident in their skin and is known for her detailed consultations, gentle technique, and commitment to education. Patients appreciate how she explains every step of the process and works with them to create a personalized treatment plan that fits their goals and lifestyle.
