All About You Hormones and Wellness | Twin Falls, Idaho
Preparing for hormone labs the right way helps ensure accurate results and smooth treatment planning. Please review these guidelines before your appointment at All About You Hormones and Wellness.

Testosterone Injection Patients
To get the most accurate testosterone levels:
- Do not take your testosterone injection before your lab appointment.
- Labs must be drawn 3 to 4 days after your last injection.
- If you are outside that 3–4 day window, please call the clinic to reschedule.
- Our team will verify your timing before your blood draw. Labs will not be drawn if it hasn’t been at least 3 days.
Testosterone Cream Patients
- Do not apply testosterone cream the morning of your lab appointment.
- If you normally apply your cream at night, you may continue your routine.
Thyroid Medication
- Morning lab appointment: Do not take your thyroid medication before labs.
- Late afternoon appointment (3 pm or later): Take your thyroid medication as usual in the morning.
PSA Testing
For men having a PSA level checked:
- Do not ejaculate the morning of your appointment, as this can affect the results.
